Hey guys, This is not an excuse nor am I defending
just the Sponsors on this board.
Please! Please! Please be just a little more patient this
time of year when ordering or expecting parts and services.
I dont know why but the huge majority of people wait
untill the season begins to do something with their car.
All shops and vendors get a huge wave of service that
sometimes can be overwhelming. During this rush lots of
things go wrong for obvious reasons. Also employees
like to take well deserved vacations. And also,
alot of shops are at the track. Thats why we do this.
Once again I'm not making any excuses
(so far my stuff is on schedule, barely)
but would like to give a little constructive friendly advice.
Start your projects in December or January.
You will find the results to be very gratifying.

I agree Dave. I just had a customer drop off his truck for a turbo kit and said I need to be in Indiana Friday. I only take appointments so I can schedule work. If you as the customer have a deadleine let us know. This way maybe we can work you in so you can race.

This is so true,summer time is busy for ALL types of automotive facilaties,not only are peeps like us drooling over their hipo parts, but Mr/Mrs Average Joe are getting their cars ready for summer travel, my shop will run over 21 THOUSAND cars through our doors this year(Fast lube/maintainence/repair/emission testing) but the months of June/July/August will see on average 2000 cars a month. Its BUSY!
