HP Tuners is STILL the greatest! I originally bought version 1.4 and the cable . Got an email stating ver. 2.1 was available but I didn't think I was eligible. Emailed Keith about got a reply within 5 minutes and I was eligible.Downloaded that puppy and good to go. You can't beat service like that and they have a life long customer with me!

same here...just ordered the cable, got it in 8 business days from the original order. Very fast turn around. I am glad i made the decision to go with HP tuners.
