I had an issue with a brand new RAM clutch. I actually had two problems. The throwout bearing and slave were messed up and the center section of the friction disk were chewed. I called RAM about it this morning and talked with Mike on the tech line. Due to my situation he let me drive up there with the disc and fixed it on the spot. Thanks again Mike. He was even on his way to lunch when I arrived and put that on hold to fix my part.

I will pay more for a product with great customer service than spend a ton on a great product with crappy service.
