Brian still wants to make sure everyone is taken care of. We are discussing their possible reinstatement under a few conditions.
-no further sales posted until all unhappy parties are settled with.
-immediate payment of past due advertising.
We would like to see all of you taken care of, as well as our outstanding invoice paid.
Thanks,
Tony

I think another condition would be a limit to the size of their sales. They seem to not be very good at self-regulating their intake of orders compared to their ability to fulfill them against their product stocked.

I might need their thread title and first post that states "US Made" for my CC dispute. I should have printed it out, didn't know it was going to be deleted, maybe locked. I just filed charges.

I restored the original thread and locked it, and split off all the complaints stuff into a separate thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/ls1tech-sponsor-feedback/506907-complaints-about-wholesale-direct-gp-bendix-rotors.html

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The owner of the corvette forum contacted Bendix. This was their response
"Bendix told me WDP is not one of their dealers.
WDP said it purchases "Bendix Global" rotors from other vendors and then machines them as drilled and slotted rotors. WDP says the rotors come in a Bendix box stamped "made in China." <Mine did NOT come in a Bendix box>
Bendix says these rotors are not suitable for high performance use and that WDP is not authorized to use the "Bendix" brand name in its advertising.
It appears there will be further discussions between Bendix and WDP."

Thank you, but I just hope the same maneuvers weren't performed w/the Brembo GP sale offered by WDP that I was party to myself.......install to commence in (2-3 weeks) by a certified GM tech who can verify authenticity. Even if they aren't Brembo, just so long as they hold up and fit w/o problems.
Although I hope they didn't mis-represent them also.....now that would be double trouble.
Thanks LS1tech for supporting the membership during this unfortunate set of circumstances. Figures it would be my very first internet GP sale
