im going to be replacing my A4 in the next year or so, and i want to know what the different cost would be in getting a rebuilt 4l60e and a 4l65e, i know the 65 has some stronger parts and i still want my overdrive, so i wont be looking at any th4 or th3s, my car will hopefully be around 400 rwhp in that year or so, its at 328 right now. also im in (33210) north east fl. and would like to know my install options , and also what would the down time be??? thanks

Not a tranny sponsor but I'd like to throw an option at ya. Why not do a 4L80e? People have them working in our cars now and I know of one that was nearing the 800RWHP range and hadn't missed a beat If my 400 ever goes or I get bored with nothing else to work on I'll be swapping to one

ive given it thought but it, does weigh a bit more, and there are some mods you have to do with it....the 4l65 holds up just as well and is still pretty light
