Bob was great to work with. He informed me before I ordered a 3.5" Aluminum DS that he sold his last one the week before. He told me if I ordered on Monday he would get it in stock on Friday and send it to me.

I recieved it today! 1 day before he was supposed to get it. Now that's service!
