QTP Goes WAY Beyond Expectations!!! Wow. I sent my electric cutouts to QTP to be rebuilt after purchasing them dead for less than half price. The box I sent them in accidently had a pair of O2 sensor extensions in it. They said they were fraid, though I didn't notice it. The guy I talked to kept asking me in what condition they were in and i kept telling him they were fine and that I didn't mean to send them. I was starting to get irritated. LOL! All I want to have them work on was the cutouts!
Then he told me that they sent me a brand new pair free!!! LOL!!!
That's like a $40 value, free, without asking!
Also, thier tech support on the switch was great. Picked up the phone on first ring and knew what they were talking about.
All-in-all, I'd give them a 10 out of 10, five stars, A+, and two thumbs way up!
Got the cutouts installed on my QTP Y pipe and they work great. I drive with them half open, and open them all the way when throwing revs. Pics and review of everything soon.
