I have left several messages and emails. I got one return email only telling me to order online and zero returned calls. Sometimes people want a live body to talk to and assure there purchase instead of just being told to buy online. I am also trying to find out about the Motive lightened AX gear, I called motive directly and they are telling me that they dont come lightened unless it is 4.22 or up. I can only assume by billingsley's site that there selling them in all ratio's because it doesnt explain otherwise.
