Thank you PSJ This needed to be posted in open forum.

When you contact Howard's for an outstanding order or warranty issue from Fuddle, PLEASE have all your documents in front of you.

1) Initial date of order.
2) What you ordered (custom, off the shelf, etc).
3) How you ordered (phone, internet, email, fax).
4) When and how you paid (if you made more than one payment then have the statements in front of you).
5) Any amount still due or overpayment as quoted by Fuddle.
6) Be prepared to send any of this information to prove what you are claiming.

Howard is going to be busy processing the customers from Fuddle and will need to verify you are due a converter or warranty work. Give him time to sort out your order and do not holler at him for what Fuddle has owed you, merchandise or service. Be professional and courteous no matter how frustrated you are as his shop is caught in the middle of Fuddle's problems.

Please post when you have your situation resolved, the feeback would be appreciated.
