Arlington Motorsports -- Best shop bar none!
So I finally got the car all put together and back from the chassis shop on Thursday. I called AMS around 4:00pm in the afternoon and asked them if they would be able to dyno tune my car on Saturday since I was trying to make the LS1 shoot-out. They asked me what time I wanted to come in and I told them I'd be there at 11:30am.
Well we had some complications with some parts we were trying out and we didn't get to leave Houston until about 11:00am, meaning I wouldn't have made it to Arlington until about 3:00 or so. I had called and told them that I was running late, and I found out from another person that they close at 4:00pm.
We ended up getting there around 3:30pm and it was starting to rain outside. I asked Chris if it was ok that we still do the dyno tune and he said, absolutely!! I was very impressed. Chris Marsh came out with his laptop and downloaded my PCM to a file so that he could take a look at it, by the time we were ready to get on the dyno it was a little after 5:00. We drove over to the shop and strapped the car on the dyno and got it ready.
Chris made a few pulls tweaking things here and there. All I can say is that the car drives *A LOT* better than it did before. He managed to squeeze another 12rwhp out of it all the way across the power band. He also helped out with the driveability problems I was having at part throttle and putting the car in reverse. By the time we were done with everything it was about 7:00 or so.
After we were done with everything he said that he wanted to come out to the LS1 shoot-out to check out how the car did, and that he was going to work some more on my PCM tune to see if maybe he could tweak it even more. The best part is that he said he would come to the shoot-out with the laptop so that he could flash it on the PCM!! If that's not quality customer service, I don't know what is. He also said that if I needed anything done that I could just send him the PCM and he'd have it back to me within 24 hours at absolutely no cost whatsoever.
I am completely in awe at the quality of customer service from them. They are extremely professional people, extremely knowledgeable and most of all great to work with. I am still amazed with the fact that they took my car 30 minutes before they were about to close and stayed way late in order to get it done, then offered to tweak it more and personally deliver it at the shoot out.
My hat goes off to AMS.... you guys rock!

I also must say i was VERY impressed with them. As late as we got there and they pretty much bent over backwards for us. Chris Marsh was a ls1 edit expert

Do you see how impressed you guys are when someone goes out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer? That is the "right" way to do business.

Well I tell you what Tom, when I open a business like AMS has which relies on so many customers, I will be sure to be a customer service leader.
Now.... quit hijacking my thread.
