Fuddle is awesome!!! Had a problem with my converter, and got an IMMEDIATE response from john! I called this morning and left john a message, and not even an hour later I get a call from the man himself. Needless to say I got the customer service Fuddle was known to have! Thanks again John for helping me out in my situation!!......

Yeah John and Carissa took care of the situation the first time I tried contacting them. This was a warranty issue by the way....thanks John for helping me get to my races last night!!

I am going to clarify something here because I don't like gossip in other posts:
Carissa is now answering phones as well as helping John with orders. She is competent but still learning. She has been hired at Fuddle in customer service.
