details: I placed an order for a new cam over the summer, never used the part, decided i wanted to exchange it... so i sent it back to TSP and they sent me a new cam. as usual, there were complications involved, but Zach and the rest of the crew smoothed out the process and got me my cam without delay. i am so grateful and now realize why they have the reputation they do. good customer service is priceless. thanks again fellas
