New Era Performance Parts Take Care Of Their Customers!!! I had ordered a set of headers on the 30th. Apparently, they had to be shipped from Pacesetter corp. Well, PS forgot, or lost, or whatever, the order and ultimately, here I am nearly a month later with no headers...
I contacted New Era and within 1hr, they had contacted Pacesetter pushed the order thru, had it packaged and ready to ship, refunded my account a portion of what I payed for the headers, and sent me Emails explaining and apologizing for the delay!
I would like to thank Mike. Customer service like that is hard to find now days. New Era made it right.
Id reccommend this company to anyone!
