Post RESOLVED 1.4.07 :: MTI=POOR customer service

Edit;

I have to do a complete 180 here because David has gone out of his way to now make the situation right. So, I was wrong about the customer service at MTI, sometimes its good to be wrong. Thanks for the help David.

Nate

They were closed during the holidays so I'm sure they were slammed the days right up to the 1-2 weeks they were closed. And I think either today or maybe yesterday was their 1st day back to work.

They have great customer service and have always treated me good. Sorry to hear what has happened and its hard to take care of everyone.

Peace,
Craig.

Nate, did you ever attempt to pick up the phone and call them? It is usually a lot more effective to handle things over the phone and not rely on private messages. Sometimes those PM's are sent to people who are out of the office, on vacation, etc...

Nate,

For the record, we were closed from 12/22 through Jan 2, 2007 and I didn't check my PM's at all during that time. As soon as we reopened and became aware that you hadn't received your intake, we refunded your money in full.

All I can do is apologize for the mistake and if you do choose to deal with us in the future, I'll work with you on some incentives to make up for this order slipping through the cracks.

Again, please accept our apologies.

Sincerely,

David

Nate,

You're right - I did check PM's and e-mails once from the shop and from my house, but until we reopened I didn't have the ability to check shipping status or any other information relative to orders. Hence, my inability to provide any additional information.

I sold 2 intakes at the same time - the other customer received his - yours simply wasn't shipped - it just slipped through the cracks and when you started the Paypal dispute, we thought it better to just refund you in full and not cause you any more inconvenience.

I doubt that you're still interested in the intake, but if you are call me directly at the shop and I'll be more than happy to sell it to you at a greatly reduced rate for your time and trouble.

Sincerely,

David
