Default Supporting engine for tranny removal

For those of you who have removed the transmission, where did you hook chains to on the front of the motor? I bought an engine support brace to support the engine while the subframe and transmission are taken out. I see the hook/bracket on the back of the motor to connect chain to, but cannot find anything on the front. Pictures are helpful.

Thanks!

Did you get the brace that is for sure for LS4 cars? Have fun with the steering shaft too when dropping the k member and sterring rack hoses. That hard rubber boot over the steering shaft is a MF'er tohold out of the way while taking the bolt out. getting it back on is even more fun now that you will have your hand in there too.

I always pull out the bolt holding the engine oil dipstick to the head, and put a longer bolt in place of it to hook to. I use a large diameter flat washer at the end of the bolt so the hook won't slide off.
