My $600 winter wheel & tire combo So I thought about doing the 16" steel wheels with the C91 police center cap but then i found 4 GM 17" wheels on ebay for $300 shipped. They said that they might have scratches and would come out with wax and a cloth. I didnt see any. A tire may have been mounted to the one but they all looked brand new in boxes. For tires i get a screaming deal on 4 NEW BLEM 215 60 17 COOPER WEATHERMASTER ST2 17" $300 shipped. The blem is some thin rubber hanging off the side. Not even noticable, balanced great. The tire diameter is 27.15" compared to 27.25" so instead of doing 60 mph i am actually doing 60.2 http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp
