Default im bored, and kinda new

hello

i have an 06 mcss that i have done alot interms of exterior looks. now im bored with performance.
I have a CAI, tune, and magnaflow exhaust. the turbo kit that i have been researching beyond beleif is outta the question cause ill have this a daily soon.

i am planning on getting a hogan downpipe, exhaust cutout, and to see what i can do with the headers in the spring. then a MAF and a heat soak thingy.

my questions now are for some things i don know so much about
1: what springs should i get?? what should i do to supplement them??
2: throttle body spacer, where can i find it?? should i port/polish the TB?
3: the trans.... how much and what parts???
4: is flipping the motor mount really do anything??

please post links

thanks,
Adam

its not a matter of searching anymore. its a matter of opinion now. the reason i asked for links is for shopping around.
the only thing i cant find is the throttle body spacer.
i have gotten many different responses for the trans, on being to get s shift kit and tune it differently while the other said i should go and get a hardend input shaft, play with second gear, and something else i forgot.
thanks,
Adam

Springs as in suspension or engine?

2: throttle body spacer, where can i find it?? should i port/polish the TB?
TB Spacer is sort of a waste, but search and you should find something. Port/Polish a light one cannot hurt but if you go too crazy without knowing what you are doing could cause problems.

3: the trans.... how much and what parts???
Get it built by someone who knows these transmissions. Same in the GTP coupled to the L67 so there is a lot of expertise. Search the WBody Store to start.

4: is flipping the motor mount really do anything??
Yes it improves or decreases the amount of engine movement so the car responds better to your pedal input.

so no in the throttle body spacer, but the problem with some of the expeerts on the trans is that alot is opinion based, i talked to some1 at zzp, gm, and another 3800 place (ferget which one) and they all said different stuff so for that im looking for opinion of those who use and abuse the trans on here. from the input i have gotten tho how does this sound : hardened input shaft, clutches, and something with tuning it for different shift points.

the spring im looking for opinion on are for the engine. as i lowered my car already with eibach.

and heres some pics: http://s298.photobucket.com/albums/mm262/minisz618/

heres a taste :
