Yeah its 3” strait back about 31”, but no flange. I used a band clamp to hold it to the rest of the 3” system. I would not recommend unless you have 3” costume exhaust, or are planning to install 3”.

If any one is interested I could cut off the welded on strait pipe. If your planning to run high flow cat with 3” custom exhaust this would be cheap way to go about it.
Downpipe comin my way!!!
