Tinted driving lights and reverse lights, Yay or Nay! :)
Ok guys, this is the first basic visual upgrades to the car. Tell me what you think. I tinted the front driving lights and replaced the amber bulbs with bright white bulbs to match the blueish lights I put in the low beams, high beams, and fogs. Then I tinted the reverse bar because they look like total **** It didn't turn out well because it was cold so when spring rolls around I'll buy another one from a junkyard and try it again to get it smooth. You can get the idea though. I got the idea for the driving lights because I took them out to try and defog them and it looked bad a$$ without the lights in so I just tinted them. I'm still stuck on whether or not I want to tint the tail lights.

I have an idea for tinting part of the headlights that I saw somewhere. Yeah, the reverse light looks like crap because it was too cold to spray tint it. I will buy a new one when it gets warm and tint that one to get the coat smooth. What about tails? think they should be tinted or no? I'm thinking about debadging it too like I did my cobalt. Don't want people to know it's a V8.
Yeah, that's my brother's t-bird. it's a 96 with the 4.6, it's a dog to drive though, really disappointing for a mustang block.

Taping it off and cutting will be difficult but I agree that would look good guz.
His T-bird is terribly slow.
I took the dealer sticker off my cobalt just by peeling it off, get a snow scraper and do it that way, something fairly soft that won't cut the paint, it was my best tool to debadge my balt. The andy mohr sticker is the FIRST thing to go LOL

Uh huh... Kris when have you ever drove my car other than maybe when we still lived on lockerbie? and even then i doubt you would have been able to remember anything accurately from then lol... and just so you know anyone with a computer can call out someone's BS... lol i admit my car isn't exactly the fastest thing out there by a long shot but it definitely isn't slow, it'll **** and get better than a lot of other things out there in 96' lol... btw mustang only had 10 more hp than my car up until 99' when the 4.6l got the P.I. heads so it's not that much slower than a 'stanger other than the weight difference its pretty much all the same mechanics, including the tranny... anything i need to dish to you you just let me know... and next time you probably shouldnt tell me when ppl say things about my baby cuz u know im going to look lol

Oh god, little bro alert hahaha. Yes, your car was "fairly" quick for '96. But, remember that a taurus SHO front wheel would have owned your car that year BOOO to the thunderpigeon. Your car needs a lot of airflow work to correct factory Fast Only Running Downhill engineering. We would have to totally redo your intake and exhaust system to make that turd float Not that I don't think your car is beautiful, but it would be much more gratifying to just buy an older mustang and build that, AND CHEAPER. I still love ya though
