Default K&N VS Cold Air Inductions

Anyone got any Positives or Negatives between K&N's cold air induction or that of Cold Air Inductions box www.coldairinductions.com/files/PICT0020.jpg?
Just thinking personally they are roughly the same price, but the K&N system is more open to the engine compartment which can absorb more heat from the engine compartment VS CAI system which is more enclosed and traps out the heat and helps funnel colder outside air but may limit the volume of air to the intake system? Any feedback on these two Cold Air Intake Systems?

I looked at the cold air inductions kit, looks nice. I went with K&N because I got it a lil cheaper and is a known company.

For the price u pay for the K&N its a ripoff imo. the little metal barrier just feels cheap. At least with the cold air inductions you get a nice looking box that is actually useful for a similar price to the KN.

It is costly, I paid $240 for mine new. Even at that price it was a stretch for me.

This debate is retarded, do a search and you'll find they are the same.

Put a tinfoil box around the K&N then they're the same!
