I know I"m new and all of you old heads have already been slapped in the face with this realization but I can't believe how LITTLE there is for this engine. **** I could get more if I owned a Silverado. What sponsor if any actually carries a decent amount of stuff for our cars?

Just depends on what you are looking for
We have shifts kit upgrades for the tranny, K&N Intakes, motor mounts, STB's, down pipes, rockers, springs, turbo kits, tunes, some of the fellow LS4 guys have ported TB and intakes, & cat back exhaust. Now I wish we had more variety with the cat-backs!! Magnaflow are good but too quiet for my taste!

I'm pretty sure its a lil more than what I named,........

we can do plenty for the motor, just gotta have the cash to shell out for it. now headers and different tranny :< pretty much screwed there but most of us have learned to cope with our handicapped cars and live with it, if we really worried about it that much we would of sold our cars and gotten a G8 or new camaro by now or just get a fun project car to fulfill that itch in the pants we get :<

I still enjoy my 4 door that can rocket itself down the freeway ***** to the wall for fun so I'll never get rid of her

I'm only saying this on the fact that my previous two cars were a C5 and a GTO. Now the wife had the baby and I'm looking through the aftermarket stuff and it's nothing compared to Ls1 or Ls2 stuff.

Yeah I really wanted a rear dive 4dr but I didn’t care for the G8 either.
As far as after market for the LS4 it is slim picking but there should be enough out there to hit goal what ever that my be.

Why dont you care for the G8, i really liked them just wanted a Front wheel drive since this is my main vehicle but i still wanted to feel safe when it snows in colorado, plus i have always loved W bodys

With the baby I wanted 4 doors and either front or all wheel drive. Plus I got a 2006 IMP SS for 6G less then an 08 G8GT which had less then the Imp.

I should be happy with the power boost I get from the tune and CAI.

I don’t know cant put my finger on it. Looks, ergonomics, not really sure. It’s a shame though as that car has the potential of being a serous bad ***. But once I drove the GXP it was all over. I do miss swinging the *** end out though.

It would have been better to just leave the Holden body/fascias on it instead of butchering the original design to "Pontiacize" the looks.

Yeah I was thinking headers and intake manifolds would be basic mods that would definately be out.
