Default UD pulley and what length pushrods...

Hi all.

Does no one make an underdrive pulley for our cars? That seems like a super simple mod.

Also, what length pushrod do I need to order to install my 1.8rrs? I seem to remember 7.4" but I want to check (I know, I know, I could search).

Thanks,
BJ

Sure, pulleys (although never very effective anyway) would be a real easy mod on the LS4. Since the space is a tad tight, all you have to do is magic them into place...

7.4 is correct. If you are not replacing the springs then I would get some oil resticted pushrods to prevent any possible valve float. Cheap insurance policy. You are buying them anyway. Just a suggestion.

Wow. Rough crowd.

Thanks Mike!

As for the pulleys, I have to change my water pump anyhow, so some pulleys (at least one) are coming off anyhow, so It'd be nice if some were available.

BJ,

To my knowledge they don't make any underdrive pullies for the LS4. Here is a link for the O.R. Pushrods if you decide to get them. These are very good pushrods.
