Looks like late 50's to mid 60's Cadillac emblems.

Thankx guys, but it is still unsolved!

It has the red of Pontiac, The white of Oldsmobile, The V for v8 power. The crown for Eldorado/ Caddilac, The symbol for Opel, The five dots for five divisions of GM.

From what I can tell it does fall in the vintage 1959-1962, but not sure!
