Default 5x114.3 and 5x115....come inside.

Now I've done my reading on this issue...some suggest thats it will be alright overall, other freak out and tell you your car is going to rattle into a pile of parts. Now 5x114.3 opens a much wider selection of wheels (mostly mustang fitaments) and I don't care for the super hood looking rims that belong on donks when you look up 5x115 on most wheel searches. I want something that speaks of performance and muscle. So if I branch out into mustang wheels for the look I want what are the potential devils I'm playing with here...realistically.

(FWIW hubcentric rings and new wheels studs are a must)

The bolt pattern only really makes a difference if you drive hard or do any sort of performance driving. Drag racing counts as well. If you daily drive on a slightly incorrect bolt pattern, you'll probably get away with it. If you autocross or go to the drag strip often... well good luck!!! However, as long as you have a proper hubcentric ring fitted, you have nothing to worry about.

Looking for a 4.5" to 115mm 5 lug adapter. That's what you need if anyone make it...

Backspace will be off though.

Maybe you can see if another car has the same hub specs with the bolt pattern you are looking for.

If you can find another car that has different hubs with the bolt pattern you are looking for you can swap them out, swap out the rotors, and be good to go.

I'm on 5x114.3 wheels. They're fine. No hub centric rings were needed, and don't experience any vibrations when driving. I had everything mounted and balanced at Discount Tire Direct in Highland, IN.

114.3 will work, but I have seen cars torqued real hard (Burnouts, drag racing, etc) shear the bolts off in ways consistent with the rubbing that could be associated with being just a shade off.

Just change them to arps and rip the center out of the wheel instead.

I run the 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a +35 offset on my 99 grand prix that I daily drive. Been on the car for almost 2 years now with no problems. I use hub rings with mine.
