Default Billet Grille Problem!

Does anyone else have this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors.....0366742221

I recieved mine yesterday for my 06 impala and tried to put it on today. They gave U nuts that dont work at all. Now I try to fit the top piece in and it does not mount flush at all. The Bowtie hits the billet grille before the billet grille comes close to the existing grille to mount to. Anyone have the same trouble? There are notches for the Bowtie but I think there has to be one more on the bottom in order to fit. Help if possible.
