Default Tires

I'm getting ready for new tires on my impala. I have the stock 18's and want to know what's the best tire for my car. I live in Florida and I'm about to relocate to New Mexico in Oct. I trust you guys opinion more than the local tire place.

I hear good things about Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 (non-star spec) for tires with ~200 treadwear

I have BFG G Force KDW's and they're decent tires, and cheap. I shopped around and got 'em for $320 for a set. They do okay for traction, but do a lot better than th OEM RSA's in wet weather.
