SoCal Guys--LS4 Meet Sunday August 9th
https://ls1tech.com/forums/western-m...nake-meet.html
I head up this meet that runs through the famous Snake/Rock Store on Mulholland (read more about it @ www.rockstorephotos.com) and it would be awesome if some of the LS4 guys could come out and support us. I am going as well as LS1 Racing, Chef Cub unfortunately is out of town but we need numbers guys!
The day usually consists of a meet up in Westlake, a cruise thru Decker Canyon, then into the famous Snake Run. If there's enough people that form a consensus on lunch, then the guys roll out to some lunch together in Agoura or Malibu.
Post up guys!

Hey Nick,
It was cool meeting you guys yesterday. We lost you after getting stuck behind a mini-van and wound up driving out to the coast We did push the Impala through the turns and did learn something about it. It's got massive grip but sure plows a lot through turns. Most of my performance cars have been rear-drivers, and I'm not sure I'm a fan of high-powered front-drivers, at least based on yesterday.
Thoughts?

Thoughts?
1. Don Rome Strut Tower Braces
2. SSC Progressive Springs
3. UMI Rear lateral bars
3. R1 Concepts drilled and slotted rotors
4. EBC Red Stuff pads.
The car will be a new animal and hungry for turns.
Bumped for next Sunday. Bring the LS4s out!

They can be if the car gets unsettled and starts to push. Basically if you know the limits of your car you should be fine, there's no reason to spend $1500 on suspension/brake mods for just one canyon run if you don't want your car to be pretty tight 100%.
