Default factory monsoon stereo system glitch

my factory monsoon stereo system sounds great but the funny thing is when your driving is works fine then when coming to a stop the sound goes down. almost to mute . ??? then i have to turn it up again i do alot of highway driving is fine but when in the city ist very annoying.

do you have the auto volume on? set to?

Yea, ill second the auto volume. If you say its going up and down that much, I would say you have it set to Max. Turn it off or to min, and you'll be fine

Yup, when I first got my GXP I thought I was losing my mind when my radio volume went down when I got off the freeway...

Yeah, the auto volume was the first thing I changed when I test drove the vehicle LOL.
