I'm a little older that most members on here but these 2 come to mind:
-1963 Chevy Impala SS, 327/300, 4sp
I remember climbing all over the back seat of that car, no seatbelts, no worries.
-1969 Chevy Kingswood Estate wagon, 350/300, 4sp (Yes, factory 4 speed)
The family truckster that got sold before I learned to drive. Bench seat, no tach, Frost Lime w/ fake wood paneling. It was fun watching mom run through the gears on the way to A&P.
After that, they just had basic, plain, non-descript sedans.

My dad had a 1984 Trans Am and a 1983 Camaro Z28. My mom had a 1983 Chevy pick-up with dual exhaust. They no longer have the Trans Am or the truck. I would say that those were pretty cool vehicles being them growing up in the 80's.

My dad had an '86 IROC-Z that never got driven. Other than that, no, unless you still consider 19 a kid then my step-dad has 3 camaros and my dad has a '96 SS and I have a '98 SS. So I guess just the IROC counts.

1971 Challenger R/T - Needed restoring but he never had the time so he sold it for 3k. Mind you this was just before they started going for crazy $$
1975 Firebird blown 671 - Was not tubbed and should have been. Scary fast... around ~700HP.
1969 Camaro Z28 RS - Full restoration. I loved this car hence my name lol.

My dad had a 1972 Ford Torino Sport with a 302 (Green) then a 1971 Dodge Charger with a 318 small block. (Light blue like the b5 super bees and challengers). He traded in the charger and got a 1970 Dodge Challenger with a highly modded 340 magnum (Sublime. ran under 10 seconds and it was his daily driver) got rid of the Challenger and got a 73 Grand Prix (black) with a 400 cubic inch v8 then got a 1966 Ford Fairlane with a v6 lol. When he had me, he got a 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with a 305 Small block v8 (maroon) then my mom blew the tranny and he got a 84 Toyota Supra (black) with a twin over head cam very fast.

Apparently we had:
1966 Mustang with a 289
1980's Grand prix with a 305
1971 VW pop top camper van
1960's AMC Matador
1960's MG magnette
And I'm sure some other stuff that was either sold or left to rot before they realized I was going to be a gearhead. Folks if immediately after your kid starts walking, he finds a screwdriver and attempts to take apart your mechanical possessions. Keep the cool cars.
They will appreciate it LOL

He sold it when I was 14 (in 1978 ; u do the numbers) for $500. I guess the money meant something to him but I tried to talk him into keeping it for me when I turned 16. My Dad passed away a couple of years ago and I've toyed with the idea of trying to find the car. All I have is the old licence number and no vin. Not sure how to go about doing it.
All the other cars were grocery getters: Olds Omega, Potiac 6000, Olds Cutlass.

1967 impala, painted chrysler cherry red with a built 383 stroker
1969 impala, all original 327 show/ cruise night car
1996 impala ss, dark cherry with console shift ( my favorite )
2002 Harley F150 ( ok, i was in college, but it was still cool )
2002 Camaro SS 35th anniv, convertible
now they have an explorer, liberty, and this, not my favorite of all our cars, but its the "garage queen" next to my old mans HD electra glide full bagger ... neither of which i get to play with

my Dad had a 1973 Cuda 6-pack in red when he was my age. Totaled it so i never go to enjoy it.
Then my Mom and her sister shared a VW bug that my Grandfather (a VW car salesman) and a Chevy engine builder somehow put a SBC in the car. They drove that in high school and my mom's sister raced it on the weekends.

When I was first born, my parents drove a lifted '76 blazer. They also had a regal t-type, an '88 firebird, and my favorite, a '92 bonneville ssei.
Before I was born, they had some sweet cars. My mom's first and second cars were Camaro rs's. My dad had a '66 impala, a gtx, and a gorgeous el camino with straight pipes.

The first one I remeber was a 1965 Impala Conv. It had a 283 in it. My Mother drove a Rambler Stationwagon. We had a 1949 Caddy in the garage and a 1936 Ford, both not restored but were being restored.
