Default Installed DDM HIDs 35w 5000k

Got my HIDs from DDM yesterday. Installed them right when I got them. Really easy install took me about an hour taking my time. I really like the look of them. A little to much blue but it is ok. Driving at night with the HIDs so a million times better than the stock headlights. From now one I will always have HIDs in my car. Now for a couple pics.

The fogs are still stock bulbs. Trying to show the difference in the colors. Not a real good pic but good enough to show the difference.

Now with the fogs installed. This pic was taken at my school in a lighted parking garage at about 730am. You can still see how bright the lights are. I have no clue what the blue dots are in the pic but I took three pics and all three have those same blue dots. Maybe it was a ghost following me.

So far no one has flashed back at me or anything so I think I am good. I may lower the driver one just a tad.

i have never had anyone flash their brights at me signaling mine are too bright ... but it could have something to do with this little bit of tint/ eye brow paint i have on my lenses ... maybe it limits the throw from the bulbs without having proper projectors ...

FYI - the blue dots are from your camera shitting itself from not being able to capture the brightness from the lights and the pale light from the rest of the source

I know you were following the hood lines, but I like this.

i thought about going all the way over, but there was nothing to tie into ... i would have had to pick an arbitrary point and just extend them across ...

whereas the line i followed was the hood line, but there was an indication/ molded in line in the lenses that made it all easier ...

in this picture you can see how it would look from dead on, if they went all the way across ... who knows, maybe ill do it this weekend while bored at work ( 3rd shift and no other projects/ xboxs/ taillights to work on )

but i didnt do it originally because i thought it might look a little um ... chinese ???

thanks, in person you cant see the line between the painted section and hood without trying to look for it, so its not as noticeable ...

and i need to paint my grill insert again, because i scrapped the **** out of it getting the bowtie off to replace it with the "SS" off the trunk ...

ill get pictures when its all done and put back because i did something to the reverse lights that i still dont have pictures of, as well as the vinyl overlays on the side "SS"s ...

too bad its going to snow this weekend and then not get above 35 for the foreseeable future, because i really wanted to wash her one more time and get a last coat of wax on before the **** weather started, and get a few pictures in the process but it looks like im waiting a couple months

I like the look, but those are really BLUE for 5000k. My 6000k's aren't that blue, they look closer to my girls 10,000k's in her malibu.

x2 on what BAMA said, get some pics from inside the car.

yeah man, those seem as blue if not a little more than my 6k's ... you might want to call up ddm or check the boxes they sent them in to make sure you got the right thing ...

but then again, if you say they seem white and youre happy ... then **** it
