Default Crankshaft position sensor

I have a 2006 Impala SS anyone have instructions on how to change crankshaft position sensor?

No instructions because I have not done it, but its supposed to be below plug 8. Make sure you get the correct one for your year, there are differences.

Its probably difficult to get to with the transmission bolted up, hopefully someone in the know can chime in.

if you take your intake box out along with the pipe that connects to the throttle body, you should have plenty of access back there behind the engine from the trans side. That heat wrapped section of harness connects to the main harness on top of the trans.
