no theres a metal bracket i forgot what its for......the abs sensor connector to clip onto I think.....both of my front wheels had this happen, its doing it to the right one now i bent the left one out of the way, its not a big deal just take the wheel off and bend it back a little, if that doesnt fix it take off the caliper and rotor and bend it

Mine did the same in the rear I think you will have to get them from the dealer if you want to replace them but not sure haven't searched for them anywhere yet

Mine are destroyed, too.. Lots of rust build up.. I scrape it clean every couple of months.. I don't get the noise unless I hit my brakes hard a couple times, then the metal expands and touches whatever bit of rust is close enough.. After a few minutes of driving though, they cool down and shrink and the noise goes away..

I thought about replacing them, or having my friend make me some stainless steel ones at his shop.. Might save some headaches.. The noise is embarassing after a race, cause the brakes get hit at 180km/h sometimes, lol.. On the way back, everyone thinks my car's broken..
