Default PCV valve?

So I was changing my spark plugs the other day and came across what I believe to be my PCV? not positive but it broke off as soon as i touched it after close inspection I realized that there was adhesive wrapped around the broken ends. For time sake we re-glued it, now the engine has a strange almost jitter at idle seems to run ok under load. After listening closely with the engine running I do believe to hear a vacuum leak. the PCV piece dose appear to come out of the plenum but we did not want to start reefing on in fear of breaking the intake my question is dose this piece come out? and is it threaded or dose it twist out etc?

Pics

Thanks!

Yes that is what runs to the rear valve cover for the Pcv system. It is molded/epoxied to the intake from the factory. Get some good 2 part epoxy and fix it. It's not supposed to come off. Ask me how I know

jb weld? think that's good enough? i was thinking of going out before i go to bed and doing a good generous bead around as smooth as possible to hopefully seal the thing as good as i can

This. It's just a vac port, PCV valve is in the rear VC.
