Default aftermarket motor mounts

I have a couple questions that should be easy to answer about different types of mounts availible.

1. Are the gtp motor mounts the same that we use?

2. Seen some poly dogbone bushings? Are the worth the money?

3. Not related to the motor directly but does the solid tranny mount help with torque when launching?

Thanks for your help!

the 3800 mounts are the same but a little shorter i think. I have the Aluminum one from 3800performance with the poly bushings and together they work really good.

takes probably 30 min. the hardest part for me was getting the rubber piece out of the black mount that bolts to the front of your car
