Default GXP - Driver's door not lined up

Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

A picture would be helpful. The geometry of the doors can be adjusted in a few different ways.

does it seem like it jumps up right when it closes? or not close smoothly?

might check the strikers as well to see if its hitting to hard on the top.

Yes. If you can determine where it is off, you can then use torx bits to loosen the latch (on the door), adjust it, and tighten it back up. It is really a guess and test thing. My old eclipse had the door go out of alignment constantly until I used some thread locker. This is not an uncommon problem.

Worst case scenario, if you can't figure it out, a body shop would probably only charge a few bucks to fix it (assuming that is only needs an adjustment).

It seems to jump slightly when it closes.

you might just have to lower the striker down a little, it could be too high and pushing the door up.

I've tried moving the striker around and didn't make a difference, I think I'm gonna just go to a body shop and get it fixed. It's driving me insane. My wife thinks I'm mental...
