Default Passenger tweeter buzzing?

Hey guys, my 08 Impala ss makes the very high and very ANNOYING buzzing sound when I hit the unlock button on the key fob, and sometimes it makes it when its just going down the road. I replaced my front speakers with aftermarket speakers. Could that be the reason? When I unplug the tweeter then the passenger door buzzes instead of the tweeter!! Any suggestions?

It only buzzes on the passenger tweeter. No Bose system either.

Hmm, have you followed the wires going back to the radio? One could be pinched or have some part of the conductor touching metal.

I have not tried that. I will give it a try, I hope that is the problem!

I have a similar issue in my GXP. Haven't spent any time looking at it yet as I don't spend much time in the car with it off, but I definitely notice it from time to time.

Good to know, where at? Right by the speaker or elsewhere? I'll check mine out this weekend.

Yes, it is where the speaker plugs in, it kinda wraps around it (youll know what I mean when you get to it) and it looked like the wire jumped under the plastic clip that holds the speaker to it, and eventually rubbed the wire to bare metal in one small spot.
