Default new track times

Ok I ran it tonight untuned....the car is tuned just not for the mani swap. So that would still make a difference? I ran a

13.8 at 102.26 with a 2.19 60 ft.

And

13.8 at 101.78 with a 2.16 60 ft.

81 degrees 70% relative humidity wired the times were the same but not the traps. I have ls1 manifold. Hogan catless downpipe. And flowmasters on stock exhaust pipes. Car is tuned but not since ls1 manifold.

Nice times man, but once retuned and in cooler weather you will see better times . I'm waiting to upgrade my valve train so I can make a trip to the track and hopefully by then the weather will help as well .

You need a tune, since you have changed the airflow characteristics of the engine. The MAP sensor is reading different pressures at WOT. I bet your AFR is way off, and the engine can use a little more timing.

I went from 245fwhp to 277fwhp after the ls1 intake swap and Magnaflow exhaust kit with a lose #4 injector pigtail.

Most early auto LS1 F-bodys (98-00) were putting down 280-300whp stock, which will be hard for a LS4 with just a intake swap to match.

I think LS4 racing has the highest dynoing LS4 with the least amount of mods. Waiting to see what he puts down with headers.
