pk3 programming question Hey guys. Just curious as to whether or not when programming new pk3 keys to the gxp if the lost one is erased... I lost my main set including the fob. Ordered a new set off eBay. Got the key cut. The dealer programmed the fob but said the key kept failing so it "wasn't programmed" when I left. Thing is though I inserted both keys and the new one works. The manual says you just insert the new key within 5 seconds of turning off the car but the dealer here in Canada figured they had to use a computer. Anybody shed some light? I hope my theft deterrent is working and is not all screwed now. Also wondering if that key I lost can be used to take my car or if it will be erased from memory since it wasn't programmed with the new one.
