Default Quick and Easy Belt removal with pics

Props to impala06ss. i cant remeber the picture but there damn sure wasn't a writeup when i was looking.anyway it goes as follows

No need to remove the wheel at all just crank the steering wheel to the right

use a 4' hose clamp bend it like so

Use a 8 mm socket and ratchet and start tightening it down eventually it will conform around the tensioner and voila! you you can take off belt by hand no expensive tools no headaches quick and easy

Voila' you can take off your belt and install now with ease

A lot of hard work led me to that solution when changing a water pump

I did not see that thread when I had to change out my water pump.

I definitely searched a lot. I ended up using the pry bar in the tensioner spring method through the passenger side wheel well.
