Default Quick muffler question

Hey guys so I just got my Spintech pro street 6000 mufflers and I had a quick question. I ordered them as the inlet being offset and the outlet being center and when I opened them up and pulled them out they have a sticker on the center saying inlet. My question is, does it matter or did they mess up my order?

no i think they did mess up your order if the offset side was suppose to be the inlet.

Damn, well never mind. I will have to contact them and find out. Now if they did mess up would it be pretty easy for an exhaust shop to just bend the exhaust to make the center inlets work?

yeah shouldnt be too bad for a muffler shop to make it work. probably only talking about moving it over a couple inches.

Yea I may just do that then. Because any returns are a 20% restocking fee which would come out to just over $40 and then return shipping which would be about $35 so it probably wouldn't even be worth it in trying to return it and just use that money to have a custom cat back made to get rid of the U bend

if it was their mistake they will probably cover the return and all... or just let you keep those and send you the correct ones

So I decided to keep these mufflers even though they are "wrong". I'm going to spend the little extra money to have an exhaust shop make me up a custom cat back exhaust. Hopefully they can get rid of the U bend. But that will solve any issues as they will be able to make the new exhaust match up perfect with my new mufflers. Goes in to have all this done in about a week and a half. I can't wait. My car is gonna drive me insane until then, the muffler is rusting and is rattling and chuffing and all around making really obnoxious noises haha
