Default Camming a 2006 Monte Carlo

Hey everyone, so I have been running through the idea of camming my 2006 Monte Carlo SS. I was wondering if anyone here has done this, what all I need to put a new cam in, what kind of cams do you guys recommend, And anything else I need to know. Thanks for any help
