Default Trans speedo unit options?

Are there any different tooth count speed sensor options for our 4T65EHD, for doing gears and wheel changes to keep the speedo close?

If you were to change the tooth count it would still need to be programmed in the pcm.

ZZP sells a couple, 34 tooth and 38 tooth (I think stock is 30). However, even they recommend changing it in the ecm.
