I know this is a bit of a zombie thread, but I just got my DiabloSport InTune (thanks, 06monteSS!) and just got P0307 (cylinder 7 misfire).
So, I just ordered the MSD wire set from above and the NGK TR6ix plugs.
I'll post again when I get them installed, and thank you guys for the recommendations

When I had mine I ordered OEM plugs or maybe the IX are a bit colder.. can't remember, and GMPP wires. Night and day as originals had 80K miles on em and plugs and wires were melted/ corroded you name it.. Ugly and seized (plugs). Lit up the tires with nothing more than that. Other than that I would go with MSD anyday.

well with that many miles, it makes sense to keep things in peak condition. You probably change your oil every 6 weeks?
