So I have been playing around with some different options on my InTune lately and noticed when I get to the torque reduction setting I have values that I can set ranging from -20 to +20. These can be set for the 1-2, 2-3, and 3-4 shifts. If I set the range to the negative side, will I get a softer shift or a harder shift? It is not clear in the instruction book nor could I find anything through web searches about adjusting the torque reduction. Any help is greatly appreciated.
