Was wondering if I can mount this new cooler upside down where the inlet and outlet were facing up? It would be in a better location if I can I cant find info on if you can or not

yea i think i needed a fan being that my tranny gets kinda warm still even with 2 coolers since i had this stall convertor installed and this one is build good and its 2 inches thick so that should get my temps down really good im also getting a 160 degrees temp sensor that will cut on the fan and cut it off at 145

The factory trans cooler needs to be out the picture anyway. Personally I'd go for airlow and surface area over a something that will draw more power from the car.

You should always stick with one cooler when possible it's all about single pass efficiency
