Default Another suspension question..

So I have been looking deeper and deeper into buying those Canuck.com lowering springs but I really don't want to use the same factory struts when I put them in. What is every ones opinion on different struts. If it makes a difference at all I am not looking for comfort per say I just want my Pala to be on rails by the time im done with everything. This is just a start. Thanks in advance!

stick with the OEM bilsteins in my opinion. you can buy the replacement bilsteins on rockauto.com if you look under the GXP but be warned they are like 200-250 PER STRUT.

Bilsteins are not oem on the other ls4 cars besides the GXP. You can go with AGXs as there the next best thing and affordable at 120 a strut

Also true! lol

How far off are the AGX struts from Billstein from a handling and comfort perspective?

There no where near as responsive as bilsteins but the only aftermarket option in terms of damping that is close to what we have.

So the Bilsteins can just bolt in on the Impala or Monte SS with out swapping any other GXP parts to make them work correct?

I think he means Bilstein struts and the springs are SSC. I think SSC and Canuck are the same spring.
