Default hard cold start in the morning, getting progressively worse

So about two weeks ago the car started having a little trouble starting. Started with just a couple cranks too long, now its progressively turned into a full blown fight to get the car to start. Normally id be pretty good about diagnosing these things but I can't come up with anything other then needing a new fuel pump in this situation, despite the fact that once the car starts, it seems to run ok and once its warmed up, starts up just fine and runs just fine. Any thoughts on this one? I've gone over everything related to the swap, and the tune, and nothing seems to be out of order.

I dont know **** for tuning, but you seem to play with those fuel trims a lot. Sounds fuel related to me. Do they make a better/bigger pump for these cars?

im sure they do, but im not even close to maxing out the factory pump, its possible the higher duty cycle is stressing an already aged pump. As far as the tune goes though, nothing about it is different as far as fueling goes. My fuel trims are roughly 0% to -2% across the board.
