i had my cruise control set and was just driving down the highway and noticed when i went down a hill my rpms dropped like it went to neutral. i've noticed it done that a few times but its pretty random.

i've got a couple years on my tep transmission but this things is getting sold before i have to do another one.

Thats normal, its the torque converter disengaging likely. It does the same thing on mine when I have cruise control on. I Never realy understood why the torque converter disengages when you need it for engine braking but, owell.
