Yep, definitely 140~141, throttle closes off at that point. Sounds like a damn hurricane going that fast though.

Assuming all 3 LS4 models have the same tuning. Don't see why they wouldn't though. GTPprix would know for sure.

Actually they dont, but we do have calibrations for each And no we dont use HP tuners.

Whats the speed rating on your stock tires? Generally GM stops slightly below stock tire ratings.

I've personally been to 141 in my SS...and yes...it sounds like a hurricane. I can't verify if it's limited at 141, b/c i had to slow down due to "traffic" - you know, that one car up ahead that may cut you off but you can't take the chance? I gotta say it was kinda scary.

Maybe your foot stuck, b/c i've been up to 141 and had to lay off the pedal due to traffic. It's not limited at 125, that's fosho!

I believe these LS4's are limited due to heat & conditions as well, too much stress and it'll slow you down, in the winter I had my GXP to 140 and it was still pulling, and that was in 4th from 120-125, had I held 3rd I would've been up around 150 or so (if it goes that fast??)
