Count of Monte Carlo

Ran the Owl yesterday.. first run in typical W-car fashion 15.0 at 93. as i'm still learning how to launch,3rd try, I got a 14.38 at 95 with a 2.1 60 ft. my buddy ran the car try #4 and got 14.3 @96 with a 2.2 60 ft. It was 95 degrees out not sure on the humidity but restassured I was sweating gallons. There was definately more in the car, wondering if it would touch 13's... I'm happy with it It did what it was expected to do. This was stock except for a k and n drop in. And stock wheels and tires.

I'm dreading getting to the track only to find this out myself. I really hoped to hit 13s my first time out but i already see that's not happening. I may spend more time at the local 1/8mi track practicing my launch before i drive an hour+ to the nearest 1/4mi raceway.

you should drop .3 in the cooler air, i think a 13.8 or 13.9 is in the realm of possibility.
